2083 Highway A1A, Indian Harbour Beach Florida, 32937

Welcome to Somerset, nestled into the small town of Indian Harbour Beach, situated on a barrier island, pretty much in the middle of Florida.  Every day we look out our windows and see God's most perfect art work, the Atlantic Ocean, which changes about every fifteen minutes.

Sea Turtles, surfers and snow birds flock to our perfect beach, breezy weather, and out of the way lifestyle.  As you cross the arched bridges spanning the Indian and Banana Rivers, you can't help but sigh at the sparkling tropical setting stretched out before you.

We can't believe we live here.

Shh!  Don't tell anyone!!

'The peace one feels when listening to the ocean makes Somerset the perfect place to be.  Let us not forget, however,  those who live here -- the majority being the most kind and caring people I have had the pleasure to meet.'
Karen Dressler
'Living here is great. It doesn't get any better than this.'
Jerry McVicker
'I can literally sit in my living room recliner and watch the shuttle simultaneously launch across the water and on my TV. Few people in the world can say that.'
Susan Rockhold
'I have lived in nine countries around the world, including Hawaii, and find Indian Harbour Beach my favorite place by far. It is safe, fun, warm, and laid-back, with all of the amenities we need to stay happy.'
